Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers as part of an agile cross‑functional team.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and processes that support innovation and productivity, ensuring the team can deliver high‑quality products effectively.
• Shape and evolve agile practices, adapting principles pragmatically to our context.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and facilitate communication both within the team and with stakeholders.
• Support the team in driving innovation from within, creating an environment where experimentation and learning are encouraged.
• Share knowledge and experience with colleagues and contribute to the wider agile community at BurdaVerlag.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience facilitating agile teams in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to empower teams to self‑organize.
• Ability to identify and remove impediments and facilitate productive conflict resolution.
• Experience supporting teams that drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Empathy and understanding of challenges faced by developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• ISTQB certification or agile certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.) are a plus.
