Creating passion: your responsibilitiesWe are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues joining our teams: The Security Business Partner (SBP) for Hotels acts as a strategic liaison between Corporate Information Security and the Hotels Companies within the Liebherr Group. This role ensures that cybersecurity strategies are embedded in hotel operations, digital guest services, and facility management. The SBP will drive proactive engagement, risk-based decision-making, and tailored security solutions that support Hotel’s business objectives. Translate Hotel’s business needs into requirements for security solutionsLead and support security projects, contribute to Business and IT Projects in collaboration with Hotels divisionDefine remediation plans and lead implementation to close audit findings for Liebherr HotelsTranslate technical risks (e.g. data breaches, ransomware) into business impacts for hotel operationsSupport incident response, security investigations and remediation actionsPromote a culture of security across hotel teams and leadershipSupport information security audits of Hotels DivisionClose collaboration with Hotels Division, IT and Security TeamsContributing your strengths: your qualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field such as Engineering A minimum 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, ideally in hospitality or retail Experience with frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Experience with hospitality technologies (e.g., PMS, POS, loyalty systems, guest Wi-Fi, smart room tech)Strong project management skillsCybersecurity certifications are advantageous: CISSP, CISM, or comparable alternativesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsEnglish is a must, German and French are a plusOur commitment to you: your benefitsAs an internationally successful family business, the Liebherr Group offers you a secure job, a unique variety of tasks and exciting development opportunities.
