Tasks

As a technical leader of a team of Cyber Security Consultants located in Germany, you will:

Guide team members through their career growth and act as local spokesperson for the Global Solution Lead.
Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans and project plans.
Organize, define and manage complex projects in SOC engineering, detection engineering, SOAR and incident response.
Create Statements of Work, project plans and requirement definitions for projects.
Support evaluation cycle of team members.
Engage with customers, ensuring a fruitful partnership.
Coach engineers in daily activities.
Provide technical account management duties for strategic clients.
Stay up to date with latest SOC trends and technologies.

Requirements

You are eligible for a NATO clearance.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP or GCFA desirable.
Minimum 5 years experience in SOC environment and project management.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and best practices.
Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, endpoint protection and detection.
Excellent communication skills in English and German.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining detail.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
