A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you act as the central point of contact for cybersecurity topics across GT SO projects. You support projects throughout the full lifecycle by coordinating security‑related activities in line with internal processes, regulations and applicable standards. You collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to align cybersecurity requirements, manage risks and deviations, and provide guidance to project teams. You also support supplier interactions, ensure clear communication, and maintain cybersecurity documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Ensure consistent implementation of customer, regulatory and Siemens Energy cybersecurity requirements across projects.
  • Act as the dedicated cybersecurity interface towards customers, strengthening trust and clarity in security matters.
  • Proactively identify, assess and manage risks, deviations and mitigation measures throughout Tender and Execution.
  • Prevent gaps and overlaps by centrally coordinating cybersecurity activities across all involved disciplines.
  • Enable efficient project execution by aligning cybersecurity requirements with project scope, schedule and supplier landscape.

What You Bring

  • Completed degree (B.Sc./M.Sc./Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electronics or a related field.
  • Strong background in Industrial Cybersecurity within complex project and system environments.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks, especially ISA/IEC 62443.
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, customers and suppliers, with the ability to translate technical topics to project and customer level.
  • Strong English language skills (written and verbal); German skills beneficial, plus general knowledge of electrical systems (HVDC is a plus).
