About the Role

You will conduct on-site restaurant audits , evaluating food safety, hygiene standards, and operational compliance while also coaching teams to improve standards and guest experience .

✔ Experience in:

• Food safety/hygiene/quality management
• Hospitality (Restaurant Manager, QA, Operations, etc.)
• Auditing (internal or external)

✔ Profile:

• Already self-employed / freelancer OR planning to set up own business
• Passion for coaching and developing teams
• Strong interest in brand standards & guest experience

✔ Requirements:

• Fluent German (mandatory)
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Flexible, part-time workload (ideal as a side business)
• Audits typically take 90 minutes per visit
• Mix of:
  • Quarterly programs (7 days/week flexibility)
  • Bi-annual programs (Mon–Fri)
