Senior Account Executive (All Genders)

At movingimage, we empower global brands to use video securely and at scale. Our enterprise SaaS platform combines AI-powered video technology with enterprise-grade security and scalability. As a Senior Account Executive, you are fully responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers in the DACH region. This is a 100% hunting role – no farming, no existing accounts. You know how to break into complex organizations, uncover real business and compliance pain points, and turn them into high-impact SaaS solutions.

Your Role

• Identify and win new enterprise customers across industries and functions (Corporate Communications, IT, Marketing, HR, Finance) in the DACH region
• Own the full outbound motion: calls, emails, LinkedIn and events – supported by targeted marketing and outbound campaigns
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover business, compliance and technical needs and translate them into concrete use cases
• Manage the full Enterprise SaaS sales cycle from first contact to signed contract using Salesforce
• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to create tailored solutions
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Act as a trusted advisor, combining commercial skill with real product and domain expertise

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to mid-sized and large enterprises
• Proven success in new customer acquisition with longer, multi-stage sales cycles
• Strong hunter mindset and confidence in outbound outreach, including cold calls and emails
• Excellent consulting and solution-selling skillsTech-curious and comfortable discussing topics like security, integrations, infrastructure, APIs and governance
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience selling video, content or communications solutions
• Exposure to compliance- or security-driven enterprise sales
• Existing network in Corporate Communications, IT, Marketing or HR
