To succeed in this role, you will need to have a demonstrated track record of sales to financial institutions and a genuine interest in the area of Sustainable and Responsible investments, including all aspects of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research and topics.**Responsibilities*** Achieve revenue and renewal goals by identifying and closing ESG sales prospects and up sales with existing clients* Grow ISS' ESG market share, recognition and perception within the investment management and asset owner community* Continuously assess ESG market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with management* Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting* Work closely with ISS BDR and Marketing managers to define products, services, and marketing plans* Build and maintain relationships amongst existing clients and prospects* Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into firm's CRM system* Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments**Qualifications*** Experience working within institutional sales and relationship management with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets* Bachelor or master’s degree with a background in Finance, Economics, or other related discipline is preferred* Track record of relationship management, business development and revenue generation either selling directly or through strategic partners* Demonstrated relationship and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines* Excellent organizational and verbal skills* Absolute personal and business integrity* Fluent in German and English#LI-TG1 #Sales #ESG**What You Can Expect from Us**At ISS STOXX, our people are our driving force.
