These tasks are waiting for you in our team
- Your main task is closing new logo deals in the B2B enterprise software industry – including identification, qualification, and systematic sales work over the complete MQL to Opportunity to Deal cycle.
- In our sales team, you will lead the account team, including solution and value engineers, to understand prospects' pain points and structure deals around our standard software solutions and recurring services.
- Data Products are still very early in the market, so you’ll mainly face non-category sales.
- Your responsibilities include creating and negotiating recurring subscription offers and frame contracts around licenses and services.
- You will represent the company internationally at industry events, trade shows, and client workshops.
Your Data – What we are looking forward to
- You have more than 7 years of professional experience in B2B enterprise sales.
- You have experience selling non-category solutions, standard software, and long-term services.
- You have a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles and amounts exceeding 500K ARR.
- You possess a deep understanding of enterprise decision-making processes, can recognize customer pain points, and are capable of articulating our solutions to address prospect problems.
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills, especially at the C-level.
- You have touchpoints with data management and data strategy projects, e.g., around data products, data mesh, data compliance, or digital transformation.
Your Bonus Parameters
- Deep experience in structuring and selling SaaS solutions and recurring subscription services.
- Knowledge of data management technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Azure, AWS, dbt, BI/analytics solutions, etc.
