What you will be doing

  • Own outbound prospecting efforts: Take full ownership of outbound prospecting strategies, leveraging innovative and creative approaches to generate high‑quality meetings and drive the DACH pipeline forward.
  • Strategically prospect key accounts: Identify and engage with high‑value accounts within the real estate landscape, building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure a robust top‑of‑funnel for BuildingMinds in the DACH market.
  • Represent BuildingMinds at industry events: Act as a senior representative of the company at conferences and networking events, engaging with prospects and building awareness of the BuildingMinds brand among industry leaders.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize lead generation, ensure smooth handovers, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a consultative sales approach: Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on BuildingMinds’ solutions, delivering tailored presentations, demos, and proposals that address the specific challenges and goals of each prospect.
  • Guide clients through the sales cycle: Manage complex sales processes with senior‑level professionalism, focusing on long‑term value creation and positioning BuildingMinds as a strategic partner.
  • Drive strategic pipeline management: Proactively monitor and analyze pipeline performance, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets and identifying opportunities for growth.

What we need from you

  • Proven experience in senior‑level SaaS or real estate‑related sales: 8+ years of experience in B2B sales roles such as Senior Account Executive, Business Development Manager, or similar, with a strong track record in demand generation and pipeline management.
  • Expert communication and presentation skills: Excel at engaging senior stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations, and building credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic relationship‑building capabilities: Natural ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, both virtually and in‑person, to drive long‑term client success.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate sector and ESG/sustainability trends is highly advantageous, enabling you to speak the language of BuildingMinds’ clients and prospects.
  • Collaborative mindset: Thrive in cross‑functional environments, working closely with internal teams to align efforts and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Results‑driven and self‑motivated: Proactive self‑starter who takes ownership of goals and is excited to contribute to a fast‑growing, mission‑driven company making an impact in real estate ESG and sustainability.
  • Based in Frankfurt or Munich: Located in Frankfurt or Munich and ready to work closely with the team to drive market growth.
