Senior Account Executive – Strategic Mid-Market & Enterprise (Payroll)

A fast-growing global HR tech SaaS platform is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive strategic enterprise deals across Europe.

The company provides a unified platform that enables organizations to manage global payroll, international employment, and contractor payments across 160+ countries, helping businesses scale their workforce globally without operational complexity.

This role offers a green-field territory, strong inbound pipeline, and high autonomy, working directly with the founding leadership team.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and close strategic enterprise deals (€250k–€1M+)
• Manage complex 3–6 month sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buying committees
• Sell to CFO, CHRO, and HR leadership
• Navigate procurement processes and contract negotiations
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce

Your Background

• 7–12 years experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales
• Experience selling to finance and HR leadership
• Background in Payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP, fintech, or compliance SaaS
• Strong experience with enterprise negotiations and procurement processes
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously
