Responsibilities

• Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle: identify customer challenges, deliver product demos, negotiate licence contracts, and close one‑time deals such as health days or our healthy advent calendar.
• Communicate daily with prospects via phone, email and online demos, and step in on calls to further grow the pipeline when needed.
• Document the sales funnel in HubSpot, generate reports and hand over customers to the Customer‑Success team post‑contract.
• Collect new customer requirements and forward them to product and services teams.
• Represent Acture at events and trade shows.
• Contribute ideas to optimise processes and continuously raise the quality of our work.

Qualifications

• Strong alignment with Acture’s mission and enthusiasm for our themes.
• Proven B2B sales success, preferably with SaaS solutions and a solution‑selling approach, and at least 1.5 years of closing deals.
• Deep understanding of the buying process and customer needs; capable of engaging various personas, including C‑level, HR managers and IT personnel.
• Highly structured, able to prioritise tasks and maintain clarity of focus.
• Drive for personal and professional success, seeking fulfilment through strong performance.
• Excellent communication skills, open personality and positive presence.
• German at native level (C2) and fluent business English (C1).
