Senior Account Manager Medical Device Testing (wmd)

As Senior Account Manager you will:

• Own the commercial relationship with strategic accounts acting as the single point of contact for all testing-related needs
• Drive account development through structured planning stakeholder mapping and proactive engagement
• Translate client challenges into tailored testing solutions leveraging Eurofins full capability portfolio
• Lead client-facing feasibility sessions workshops and negotiations with confidence and clarity
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction without micromanaging execution
• Maintain CRM discipline as a reflection of strategic thinking not administrative compliance
• Represent Eurofins externally with credibility: at conferences webinars and industry forums

Qualifications

• Formal degree not required; proven commercial success and domain understanding are valued over degrees.
• Proficiency in CRM systems including pipeline management forecasting and reporting.
• Experience in agile fast-paced commercial environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to digital health MedTech innovation or data-driven sales approaches.
• Strong commercial acumen: ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions understand margin dynamics navigate complex pricing structures and influence decision-making across stakeholder levels.
• Willingness for regular travel within the target region
• Language Requirements: German and English C1/C2.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification in regulatory affairs MedTech or business strategy
• Knowledge of GLP/GMP environments and testing workflows
