Senior Accountant

About The Role

Join a globally active industrial leader as a Senior Accountant, supporting key financial processes and reporting activities at the group level. Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and support group-level analysis
• Maintain KPIs, financial statistics, and ad hoc reporting
• Coordinate and optimize financial accounting workflows
• Manage asset accounting and ensure SOX compliance
• Act as a liaison for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments
• Interface with the Shared Service Centre for transactional processing
• Support financial audits and compliance with internal control frameworks

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification with accounting specialization
• Several years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Solid understanding of German and US GAAP
• Strong analytical mindset with structured, independent working style
• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
• Confident communicator with team-oriented approach
