Werde Teil unseres Teams! Bei Drooms entwickeln wir Europas führende virtuelle Datenraum-Lösungen für sichere und effiziente Transaktionen. Als Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager w/m/d/x bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Accounting-Teams und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Unternehmensgruppe finanzwirtschaftlich auf Kurs bleibt. Du arbeitest in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und hast die Möglichkeit, unsere Buchhaltungsprozesse aktiv zu optimieren.

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der laufenden Buchhaltung für nationale und internationale Gesellschaften unserer Unternehmensgruppe
• Sicherstellung einer korrekten und transparenten Buchführung sowie regelmäßige Kontenklärung
• Bilanzierung und Darstellung von Geschäftsvorfällen nach HGB
• Termingerechte Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Standardisierung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse – deine Ideen sind willkommen!

Your Profile

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte*r oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise ergänzt durch mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
• Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie ein sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und fließendes Englisch – unsere tägliche Arbeitssprache.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Finanz-, Steuer- und Handelsrecht
• Kommunikationsstärke, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
• Sehr gute DATEV-Kenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Schnittstellen
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise – du behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick
