We've grown fast since our founding in 2020 and are now home to 100+ amazing team members from all around the world – all united by one mission: to make effective skincare easy, fun, and conscious.

To support our continued growth, we're now looking for a Senior Accountant (m/f/d) who is excited to bring structure, expertise, and new ideas to the table. This is your chance to shape financial processes from the ground up and be part of an international success story in the making.

What you’ll do.

Own and manage daily accounting operations: bookkeeping, invoicing, payment runs, and more
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support during audits and ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations (hello HGB and IFRS!)
Help roll out a new ERP system and design accounting workflows from scratch
Monitor cash flows, create liquidity reports, and manage OSS reporting
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring financial clarity and insights

What we’re looking for.

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of hands‑on experience in general ledger (GL) accounting – ideally gained in Germany, but we’re also open to other locations if your expertise is a strong fit
Solid understanding of HGB; knowledge of IFRS is a strong plus
Experience with financial consolidations, reconciliations, OSS, and cash flow management
Previous involvement in an ERP migration or implementation project is an advantage
Fluent in English (bonus points for German, Italian, French, or Spanish)
Someone who’s detail‑obsessed, process‑driven, and not afraid to build things from the ground up
Experience in e‑commerce and cross‑border VAT? Also a big plus!
