Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-powered software solutions in C# .NET that enhance our products through intelligent automation and smarter decision-making.
• Design and integrate machine learning models and AI algorithms into our existing system landscape – both on-premise and in the cloud.
• Play a key role in developing modern APIs and backend components that enable and accelerate the use of AI in our products.
• Contribute your expertise to identify and implement the best AI solutions for our customers in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Support your team with technical know-how in evaluating new technologies, prototyping, and transforming research results into production-ready features.
• Actively contribute to our cloud transformation by designing and deploying scalable AI services.
• Take the freedom to contribute your own ideas and suggestions to shape the further development of JTL’s AI strategy.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science – proven experience.
• Experience working with Vector DBs, e.g. Weaviate, Qdrant, Azure Search.
• Solid knowledge of modern development paradigms and language features such as async/await, dependency injection, and clean code principles.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL) into complex systems.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or similar platforms) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented work, teamwork and reliability.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
