Mission

• You develop innovative AI solutions and design scalable, practical systems that deliver real value to our international customers.
• You take technical responsibility for the entire AI solution lifecycle, from initial idea through development, final implementation and optimisation.
• You advise our customers on AI technologies and applications and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• You conceive and design complex end‑to‑end AI and GenAI solutions using modern OSS and cloud‑native technologies, orchestrate MLOps and LLMOps in production systems.
• You work actively with international teams, conduct workshops and support customers and teammates with your technical know‑how.
• You evaluate and recommend new AI technologies and support proposals and customer workshops to drive innovation.

Skillset

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or a related field; a Master’s or Ph.D. is an advantage.
• You have at least 4 years of experience developing and implementing AI and machine‑learning solutions on‑prem and in the cloud.
• You have at least 1 year of experience developing GenAI solutions such as RAG or agents.
• You possess proven technical knowledge in relevant programming languages, preferably Python, and experience with AI and GenAI frameworks such as SciKit‑Learn, PyTorch, Kubeflow, HuggingFace, LangChain or similar frameworks.
• You have the ability to design, develop and create software solutions, ideally for AI and GenAI projects, and you are familiar with agile software development methods.
• You work independently and cooperatively in international teams, have negotiating communication skills in German and English and bring efficient time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
