Your Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed customer project schedule, facilitate customer evaluations and PoC.
• Architect innovative solutions for our customers and external partners ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Interpret customer business goals and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Independently design, deploy, adapt, implement, configure, and customise the solutions for our clients to ensure top‑notch customer experience.
• Ensure smooth prompt and fine‑tuning of Large Language Models.
• Provide excellent technical expertise and guidance on troubleshooting to Aleph Alpha clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Draft and deliver impactful presentations on targeted products, demonstrating features and functionality.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with Engineering and Product to shape a stable production environment, as well as with Sales, IT Support, Operations, Business Groups, and key users to ensure project success.

Your Profile

Customer‑Facing & Solution Delivery Experience

• Expertise leading AI solution delivery or software implementation projects in complex customer or partner environments.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into impactful, scalable AI solutions.

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Large Language Models.
• Proficiency in Python, Git/GitHub/GitLab, and Docker for collaborative development.
• Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, PydanticAI, DSPy, LangGraph) and vector/graph data systems (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j).
• Hands‑on expertise in building and deploying scalable solutions using FastAPI or Flask, and managing automation with GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions.

Problem Solving & Execution

• Strong understanding of User‑Centered Design principles, with the ability to apply them to both front‑end and back‑end system architectures.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a track record of driving innovation, clarity, and flawless execution in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
