Senior Analog PLL and RF System Designer (f/m)

We are looking for an experienced RF Design Engineer with analog PLL experience to join our team in Potsdam at our deep-tech start-up QuSine!

Responsibilities

• Develop high performance RF and hardware systems and circuits, in particular analog PLLs
• Closely collaborate with the research team to innovate new approaches for future products
• Independently manage projects and actively engage in peer‑to‑peer discussions with colleagues
• Design and review PCB schematics
• Plan, create, and conduct RF measurements and reliability tests
• Active participation in debugging and analysis of hardware issues
• Analyze measurement data to identify performance bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues
• Work in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in electrical engineering with a major in RF/Microwave
• Multiple years industry experience as RF designer, with focus on analog PLL design and/or RF system design
• In-depth knowledge of frequency synthesis, phase‑locked loops (PLL), or transceiver architecture, power amplifiers, signal generators, and/or spectrum analyzers
• Nice to have: Good experience with PCB Layout and CAD tools such as Altium, Orcad, KiCad, etc.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good knowledge of German or English
