Tasks with Impact

• You monitor all relevant KPIs for demand forecasting and stock availability across warehouses and stores and translate insights into actionable adjustments of order forecasts
• You develop and manage order volume planning tools, consolidate demand inputs from countries, and prepare decision-making materials for budget approvals
• You manage the full stock lifecycle and ensure accurate master data to enable optimal replenishment proposals
• You calculate order requirements based on sell-out planning at SKU level, considering store and warehouse coverage, lead times, and product-specific requirements
• You proactively optimize stock levels and initiate measures to reduce excess inventory and manage product delisting in a timely manner
• You establish and maintain rolling forecasts for strategic suppliers and align regularly with Purchasing and partners to optimize delivery performance
• You drive projects to enhance planning and forecasting approaches, including leveraging additional data sources and improving ordering and replenishment models

Your Skills

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• You have completed a degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a comparable field
• You ideally bring several years of professional experience in supply chain, demand planning, or order management
• You are highly proficient in Excel as well as in business intelligence and reporting tools
• You communicate fluently in English; German language skills are considered a plus
• You analyze complex data sets in a structured way and derive clear, actionable insights
• You handle complex topics confidently and structure your work independently and transparently
• You work with a strong focus on accuracy and ensure high data quality in your analyses and reports
