Responsibilities

• Structuring and analysing real estate transactions across equity, M&A, debt and capital markets
• Building complex financial models, including scenarios, cash flow structures and capital allocation frameworks
• Valuing single assets, portfolios and investment vehicles in line with international standards
• Preparing high-quality investment papers, presentations and strategic analyses for decision-makers
• Working closely with senior professionals and sophisticated institutional stakeholders
• Ongoing monitoring of real estate and capital markets to identify relevant trends and risks
• Contributing to the development of investment ideas, transaction strategies and mandate structures

Profile

• Strong experience in real estate investment, corporate finance or M&A, ideally within a top-tier environment
• Good financial modelling skills and a sound understanding of complex capital and valuation structures
• High analytical precision, strategic thinking and clarity in argumentation
• Strong academic background (Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or similar)
• High quality standards, attention to detail and reliability under time pressure
• Professional, confident presence and strong communication skills
• Business-level fluency in German is required
