For our Digital - Business Solutions department, we are looking for a Senior Application Analyst H2R (f/m/d).

This position is located in Heidelberg and reports to the position Head of Application Management Corporate.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

Support of SAP roll-out projects worldwide

Support of creation and development of groupwide process templates

Customizing of processes and interfaces; conduct related test scenarios

Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of implemented processes

Design and conduct training programs

Regularly provide a support to end-users

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum three years professional business and technical experience within the SAP HCM area with an international background

Very good understanding of payroll and related processes. Knowledge of German Payroll would be an advantage.

Knowledge of HR integration with other SAP modules (especially with FI and CO)

Knowledge of Workday would be an advantage.

Very good English language skills. German language skills would be an advantage.

Willingness to participate in SAP roll-out projects worldwide, and to regularly provide a support to end-users

Ability to work in an international team with emphasis on service orientation
