Join Bosch as a Senior Application Manager, Site Reliability Engineer. You will be responsible for the commissioning and operation as well as the further development of an application landscape for the semiconductor manufacturing plant of the future.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the commissioning and operation as well as further development of an application landscape for the semiconductor manufacturing plant of the future.
• Define and implement operating processes and deployment strategies independently, following modern principles such as DevOps and SRE.
• Manage change control, reliably implement requirements, assess risks, and create documentation.
• Work proactively on achieving SLA targets for availability, support IT incident management and disaster recovery.
• Work agile, participate in retrospectives, and continuously improve systems and processes.
• Support the assurance of aspects such as economy, quality, reliability, and innovation within the IT operations area.

Qualifications

• Completed technical university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in supporting a CIM application landscape, ideally in applications for experiment management systems or similar, and in integrating and further developing applications and third‑party systems.
• Programming skills in a scripting or high‑level language (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, C#, Python, Java) and database knowledge in Oracle.
• First experience with cloud computing is desirable.
• Team‑oriented, motivated, communicative, with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills and a pronounced quality consciousness.
• Independent, responsible, reliable working style.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
