We are looking for candidates to join us in the role of Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer in Berlin.

What you can expect from us in the field of design.

Consulting: You know how to advise. You always think one step ahead and inspire your customers with powerful presentations and pitches.

Project management: You act as a contact person for clients from various industries and are responsible for these exciting creative projects of all sizes and complexity. You feel confident in multi-project management, accompanying your projects from the initial consultation to the preparation of the offer to the successful implementation of the project, managing the HOAI service phases 0-3 and 6-8 in our interior design projects.

Concept: You develop customized workplace concepts. You have a keen interest in the design of living spaces and equally high standards for your conceptual work and storytelling.

Teamwork: Good teamwork is the key to success for you. You enjoy working in a team, leading and supporting your colleagues - even outside of projects.

What you need as an (interior) architect.

University degree: Interior design or architecture.

Professional experience and know-how: At least 7 years of relevant professional experience; specialization in the field of workplace consulting is an advantage, management experience of interdisciplinary project teams; comprehensive knowledge of leading CAD and visualization programs (primarily ArchiCAD).

Working method: Between pragmatism and creativity, self-initiated, committed, independent and structured; confident with a high degree of holistic, networked thinking.

Personality: Strong communicator, passionate, enthusiastic, assertive, service-oriented, team player and creative.

Languages: Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills.
