Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Area Manager:in you are a strategic partner, coach and driver for your region. You act as the central link between our hoteliers and the Head Office. Your focus is to exceed operational goals, secure top guest satisfaction, and inspire hoteliers to peak performance.

Take on operational and strategic management of your hotels, including full budget responsibility and achievement of targets (revenue, costs, profit).
Coach, develop and challenge our hoteliers; strengthen their professional skills and foster an authentic service culture.
Conduct regular visits to ensure compliance with quality and brand standards and initiate targeted improvement actions.
Be an expert in KPIs (e.g., RevPAR, guest satisfaction, waste) and analyze them to proactively implement measures for revenue growth and operational excellence.
Strengthen the Area Community through regular virtual and in-person meetings and act as a key link to connect all stakeholders (hoteliers & Head Office).
Demonstrate a solutions-oriented mindset and be a reliable contact even outside regular hours in critical situations.

What you bring

Completed commercial training or degree and at least 3 years of experience in regional hotel management with proven success managing multiple sites.
Strong leadership, able to motivate and develop teams with empathy and clarity.
Analytical and data-driven thinking; quickly understand business relationships and derive effective strategies.
Strong organizational talent, decisiveness and negotiation skills.
High willingness to travel within your region, valid driving license (Class B) and flexibility.
Good English skills in speaking and writing.
