Senior Associate (m/f/d), Corporate Transformation Services

Location: Munich (HQ), Frankfurt (Main), Düsseldorf, Hamburg

How You Will Contribute

• Development and implementation of pioneering transformation concepts
• Supporting clients in transformation and turnaround projects ( apíd results)
• International projects focused on strategy, corporate structure or company-wide efficiency improvements

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials (Master's degree or higher)
• Previous exposure to operational restructuring, turnaround management, post-merger integration, carve-outs, business transformation and/or performance improvement
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in a leading restructuring, strategy or management consulting firm
• Having practical industry experience beyond consultancy is regarded as a valuable asset
• Well-developed communication skills & the ability to work with diverse and complex stakeholder groups
• Finance knowledge with experience of building or working with integrated financial models and willingness to develop these skills further
• An impact-focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality
• Native speaker or business fluent German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
