The Team

This role sits within the EMEA Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) team, which advises clients on improving profitability, managing crises, and driving sustainable operational and financial performance improvements. The CTS team supports clients across various industries, including aerospace and defence, automotive, and manufacturing, working with upper medium‑sized businesses and international corporations.

How you will contribute

As part of the CTS team, you will have the opportunity to work on high‑impact projects:

• Development and implementation of pioneering transformation concepts
• Supporting clients in transformation and turnaround projects (\rapid results\)
• International projects focused on strategy, corporate structure or company‑wide efficiency improvements

Qualifications

We welcome candidates with the following qualifications:

• Excellent academic credentials (Master's degree or higher);
• Previous exposure to such areas as operational restructuring, turnaround management, post‑merger integration, carve‑outs, business transformation and/or performance improvement;
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in a leading restructuring, strategy or management consulting firm;
• Having practical industry experience beyond consultancy is regarded as a valuable asset;
• Well‑developed communication skills & the ability to work with diverse and complex stakeholder groups;
• Finance knowledge with experience of building or working with integrated financial models and willingness to develop these skills further;
• An impact‑focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality;
• Native speaker or business fluent German and English, other foreign languages are of advantage.
