(Senior) Associate (m/w/d) in Litigation – Dresden
AssociateNet, a leading independent European economic law firm, is looking for a (Senior) Associate to join our Litigation team at our Dresden office.

Job Overview

In this role you will support our clients in complex, international disputes that influence their strategic direction. The Litigation team covers a broad range of practice areas including Arbitration, Class & Mass Action Defence, Corporate & Financial Litigation, and Intellectual Property.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in international litigation matters.
• Prepare and review pleadings, briefs and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant cases and legislation.
• Collaborate closely with a cross‑functional team of attorneys.
• Manage components of cases, maintaining timelines and client communication.
• Participate in international assignments and the firm’s training programmes.

Qualifications

• Strong legal qualification (LLM or equivalent, or a doctoral degree is a plus).
• Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages welcome.
• Experience in international economic law or a related field.
• Proactive attitude and readiness to work in a fast‑moving, global environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and teamwork skills.
