Role Overview
As a Senior Associate, you will build a new team, lead complex initiatives in Logistics, Manufacturing and Data Centres, and strategically contribute to business development. You will provide end‑to‑end project delivery, client engagement and help secure new and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development – Build and manage a high‑performing team, define roles, mentor and foster collaboration.
- Project Delivery – Oversee projects across Logistics & Manufacturing and Data Centres, align with client objectives, manage timelines, budgets and governance.
- Client Engagement – Serve as primary point of contact, maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strategic Contribution – Support business development through proposals, presentations and networking.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction, Real Estate, Project Management or a related field.
- Professional Chartered qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) preferred.
Experience
- Proven experience managing, leading and building teams.
- Project management delivery across multiple sectors.
- Experience in Logistics & Manufacturing sectors is desirable.
- Experience in Data Centres is beneficial.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
