About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives with us for our customers. In this role, you will bridge Atlassian technology and business, delivering impactful outcomes with our consultant teams for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and deliver Atlassian-driven initiatives with a strong focus on digital products, transformation, and business value.
• Align programs and projects with strategic objectives, ensuring measurable impact and meaningful outcomes.
• Define clear project scopes , business cases, and delivery roadmaps in close partnership with domain owners and product teams.
• Build, mentor, and guide high-performing cross-functional teams to ensure successful, predictable delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution —including scope, timeline, risk, budget, resources, and stakeholder communications—across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Provide transparent, timely reporting on project and program status for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strengthen PMO governance by enhancing delivery processes, standards, and toolsets.
• Facilitate executive-level reviews and confidently lead critical discussions with business and technical leadership.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex delivery challenges, driving effective and proactive resolutions.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across all project teams and workstreams.

Who we are looking for

You will make a great match for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience successfully leading projects in an Atlassian-based environment.
• Strong understanding of Atlassian products and agile project management methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and technical abilities , with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and technical accuracy, ensuring reliable and high-quality outcomes.
• Proven ability to set clear goals and drive teams toward consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Fluency in English and German (written and verbal).

Desired skills and qualifications

It would be an added bonus if you have:

• Understanding Atlassian products and tasks within the projects
• Experience in agile projects and process management
• Experience within ITSM
