In Internal Audit you help to improve the overall success of Siemens Healthineers operations and processes and provide independent, factual, unbiased assurance to the Managing Board and Audit Committee. As a business partner to Siemens Healthineers executive management, we leverage our expertise in a wide range of topics to create impact that drives change with improved financial results. You will work on different assurance engagements for various internal clients globally.

Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile from Germany up to 60% of the working hours. Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You will be responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive audit programs according to our audit methodology to effectively address identified risks.
• You will lead the preparation and execution of audits in areas such as IT projects, applications, products, services, networks, manufacturing and R&D environments.
• You will play a key role in meetings with audit participants and management to discuss risks and present the team's conclusions and recommendations.
• You will proactively propose and apply digitalization measures including Artificial Intelligence‑based solutions to drive efficiency and increase the level of assurance.
• You will represent the audit department within the company, fostering our position as a trusted internal partner.

Your qualifications and experience

• You have a university degree in computer science, business administration or similar; certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP are a plus.
• You have many years of professional experience at Siemens Healthineers, Siemens Group, in a related industry and/or a "Big 4" audit firm.
• You have a proven track record of leading diverse teams and/or projects.
• You have extensive knowledge in areas like IT audit, IT governance, application/software and network security, information security management systems (ISMS).
• You are experienced in IT project and service management.
• In addition, you have implemented impactful digitalization use cases including Artificial Intelligence and are willing to actively contribute this expert knowledge.

Your attributes and skills

• Business fluency in English is required; German or other languages are a plus.
• You are skilled at creating convincing management presentations and applying advanced communication skills when conducting stakeholder interviews and leading C‑level meetings.
• You learn passionately and continuously expand your knowledge while bringing new impulses to the team.
• You have excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You show full responsibility and hold yourself accountable for the result.
• You are willing to undertake international travel (up to 20%) to carry out your audit activities.
