(Senior) Backend Engineer - Go / Golang (f/m/d)

Here’s your chance to join! We’re looking for our Client for a (Senior) Backend Developer Go / Golang (all genders) with a focus on webshop backend development to work on a AWS Cloud Native & Serverless platform. In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining server, backend systems and become part of agile Team to build a new market platform on bleeding edge technolagie.

YOUR ROLE:

• Designing and implementing server and backend systems in Go / Golang to meet the requirements of the online shop
• Designing and implementing APIs and microservices to exchange data between frontend and backend systems
• Working with AWS technologies such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFront to provide scalable and reliable server and backend systems
• Working in an agile development team to plan, implement, and test features to support the continuous improvement and iteration of the system
• Collaborating with other developers, UX designers, and project managers to improve the efficiency and quality of the backend systems
• Performing code reviews and tests to ensure that the code of the systems is secure, scalable, and reliable

YOUR PROFILE:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing backend systems in Go / Golang
• Experience in developing serverless applications on the AWS platform
• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
• Experience in developing APIs and microservices
• Experience working with RPC/Rest services
• Experience working with Git and continuous integration/continuous delivery systems
• Good knowledge in implementing security and privacy measures in backend systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to solve technical challenges
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with other members of the development team
• B-Level German and fluent English
