The Role

You are a Senior Backend Engineer and a System Architect. You will join a high-performing squad responsible for API-first SaaS solutions, delivering complex distributed system problems, architecture, and reliability.

What You’ll Do

Design and build resilient, high-performance microservices using Golang, owning architecture to deployment.
Implement Continuous Everything (GitOps) with automated testing and monitoring pipelines.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate boilerplate, testing, and documentation.
Design and evolve the unified interface for services, ensuring intuitive, typed, self-documenting APIs.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities such as anomaly detection or error classification.
Maintain high-quality documentation for internal and external teams.
Mentor junior developers on Go syntax and efficient tool-augmented engineering.

What You Bring

5+ years of full-time Backend Development, strong preference for Golang and deep OOP/SOLID understanding.
Mastery of Distributed Systems: eventual consistency and fault-tolerant architectures.
Force-Multiplier mindset: AI tools to enhance software quality and velocity.
Docker and Kubernetes experience; know how code lives in the cluster.
Deep knowledge of RESTful and RPC-based APIs; API design first-class citizen.
Familiarity with asynchronous message systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, PubSub) and appropriate usage.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and modern database strategies.
Clear communicator explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
