SENIOR BI ANALYST NEEDED WITH VISA SPONSORSHIP TO GERMANY

Job brief

In our data-driven company, the BI Analyst works closely with the tech, marketing, and product teams and is accountable to the business intelligence lead. This role's main goal is to assist stakeholders in making well-informed decisions by proactively identifying opportunities and challenges through data analysis, which will have a positive and noticeable influence on the organization.

What you will do

• Proactively contribute ideas to improve business performance
• Utilize statistical methods and data visualization to identify trends and provide data interpretations
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable data insights
• Suggest and evaluate product experiments
• Proactively contribute to improve team workflow, processes, tools, etc.
• Aid stakeholders in crafting well-informed decisions: suggest, define and monitor impactful KPIs, identify relevant data and ensure availability, give data driven recommendations.
• Maintain data availability and improve data utilization: design, develop, and maintain data models and databases, extract, transform, and load data for analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and ensure data quality
• If asked, mentor junior team members

Who you are

• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Knowledge in R, Tableau, or similar tools is beneficial
• Strong understanding of databases and data integration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with git, docker, or dbt is desirable
• Experience in the AdTech industry or in consumer products (web/mobile)
