What you will do

Lead diverse customer projects in locomotive, light rail, metro, commuter rail, high‑speed train, and turnkey projects within the maintenance domain.
Produce competitive offers in collaboration with international and regional business units.
Coordinate offer teams (engineering, procurement, IT, workshops) and prepare internal milestone meetings.
Ensure sufficient resources for timely, high‑quality offer creation – escalating when needed.
Negotiate contracts with national and international customers and take overall responsibility respecting local conditions.
Maintain internal processes and approval steps, presenting projects up to executive level when required.
Drive continuous improvement through active exchange and implementation of productivity and quality targets.

What we expect

Master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable technical field.
Extensive experience in contract, project or risk management – preferably in rail or transportation engineering.
Certification in IPMA, PMI, GPM, Prince2 or preferably
Strong commercial sense, negotiation skills, communication, teamwork in multidisciplinary settings.
Passion for working in multicultural teams and engaging with international customers.
Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel internationally up to 20 %.
