Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for portfolio management in all fund metrics, delivering up-to-date information.
- Oversee the quality of net asset values and visualise KPIs and performance returns.
- Plan and control capital flows, distributions, and set up allocation transactions.
- Utilise cost benchmarking at the fund level to focus on cost optimisation.
- Provide ad‑hoc analyses and reports in collaboration with funds.
- Handle accounting and ledger entries, performing bookkeeping within the funds.
- Ensure smooth data flow between interfaces, especially in vendor and customer accounting.
Qualifications
- University degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification; or professional training as a business economist, MBA, tax specialist, banking professional, or Certified Accountant (IHK). Extensive experience in bookkeeping, accounting, controlling, tax advisory, audit, or related fields.
- Strong numerical affinity, keen interest in legal, economic and tax matters, and sharp analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and moderation/interview skills, acting as a central liaison between portfolio, asset management, back‑office and external outsourcing partners.
- Quick adaptation to new complex processes, solution‑oriented mindset, and a results‑driven approach.
- High standards for self‑development and project quality.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and ideally experience with databases.
