Senior Bookkeeper

A globally operating healthcare technology company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join its growing finance team in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day financial postings across general ledger and sub-ledgers
• Reconciling accounts and supporting financial clarity and accuracy
• Processing incoming and outgoing payments, including bank and card transactions
• Supporting asset accounting and internal financial workflows
• Maintaining financial master data in the company’s ERP system
• Assisting with internal reporting and financial controls

Qualifications

• Background in accounting, finance, or a related commercial qualification
• Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 or similar is a plus)
• Confident using MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Curious, adaptable, and open to working in a tech-forward environment
