As a Senior Brand Service Associate , you will play an important coordinating and organisational role by supporting our Brand Buying team in their day‑to‑day operations. We are looking for a highly self‑motivated, well‑organised and detail‑oriented individual who enjoys taking ownership and working independently. This position is permanent and based in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work closely with both the Brand Buying and Production teams on daily operational topics
• Prepare new product go‑lives on our website by supporting the Brand Buying team in the selection process and gathering all necessary information and images from our brand partners
• Collect required data from brands to support our sustainability and compliance initiatives
• Collaborate closely with specific partners on our non‑permanent assortment by establishing contracts and ensuring a stable partnership

YOU COME WITH

• A degree in business, economics or a comparable field of study
• A self‑motivated and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to multitask with a detail‑oriented and structured way of working
• The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and brand partners, paired with very strong written and verbal communication skills

Good knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
