This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Building Controls & Start-up Lead to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Prioritising vendor work on-site.
• Troubleshoot facility issues related to control and low‑voltage systems.
• Reviewing functional building operational sequences.
• Reviewing Sequence of Operations documents.

What you’ll need

• Extensive experience in capex projects. Must be in Pharma and multi‑billion capex (data centers not sufficient).
• Expertise in Building controls within a multimillion construction project.
• Knowledge of Low voltage systems.
• Extensive Start‑up experience.
• Solid understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic vulnerability (EMV) requirements.
