Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) in a multinational and distributed delivery context. The role requires deep understanding of identity flows, registration journeys, authentication and authorization logic, privacy constraints and API driven integrations. The person will collect and structure requirements from multiple markets and coordinate analysts and technical teams across several streams. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:Lead discovery sessions with markets and internal teams to capture identity and access needsTranslate requirements into clear functional documentation for product, engineering and security teamsDefine acceptance criteria, user stories, process maps and functional flows for journeys such as registration, login, account recovery, progressive profiling and consent managementAlign with architects to specify API needs, data contracts, integration logic, token handling and dependencies on upstream and downstream servicesCoordinate a group of analysts across multiple feature teams and ensure consistent documentation and alignmentAct as the reference person for CIAM scope including identity proofing, multi factor logic, access policies, security standards and data complianceFacilitate workshops with regional and local stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and constraintsSupport functional testing and validation of new releasesPromote standardization of identity processes and requirement intake across markets Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong background in Business Analysis for digital identity, authentication or access managementExperience working in large multinational programs with distributed teamsVery good understanding of CIAM concepts including OAuth, OpenID Connect, tokens, MFA, passwordless flows, consent and privacy requirementsExperience working with API based systems and complex integration scenariosAbility to manage complex stakeholder landscapesExcellent communication and problem solving skillsExperience with agile delivery frameworks Nice to have:Experience with major CIAM platforms or identity servicesKnowledge of consumer data platforms, CRM or marketing automation toolsUnderstanding of security standards and related audits
