About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business and technology, driving requirement analysis, process optimization, and solution delivery. You will work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, and multiple stakeholders to ensure business needs are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into actionable deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owner to prioritize requirements, define scope, and plan project deliverables.
Conduct gap analysis and ensure requirements are well-understood, documented, and signed off.
Work with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to clarify business needs.
Design, model, and optimize business processes using BPM (Business Process Management) tools with low-code/no-code platforms.
Actively participate in and contribute to business & IT workshops.
Document current and future state processes, systems, and workflows.
Support testing phases by ensuring alignment with business requirements and functional specifications.
Assist Project Manager with Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
Maintain strong awareness of business strategy and ensure alignment of solutions.
Write and refine detailed user stories in Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence.
Prepare and deliver clear documentation, reports, and presentations (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio).
Lead and support the team by demonstrating strong problem-solving and people management skills.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related domains.
Strong expertise with BPM tools and process automation platforms (low-code/no-code).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Visio.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (verbal & written).
Ability to work proactively, with minimal guidance, and take ownership of deliverables.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Team leadership and people management experience.
Effective time-management and multitasking abilities.
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to digital transformation projects.
Experience working in financial services, retail, or other regulated industries.
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or BPM tools.
