Profile Overview

Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare Information Systems is a critical client-facing role focused on the analysis and implementation of healthcare IT solutions. This position leverages a strong clinical background and in-depth understanding of local and EU healthcare regulatory requirements to guide business requirement studies, ensure compliance, and deliver effective systems tailored to clinical and administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive business requirement studies with healthcare clients, ensuring all stakeholder needs are understood and documented.
• Engage directly with clients, including clinical and administrative teams, to facilitate requirements gathering and solution design.
• Ensure all systems and processes comply with relevant local and EU healthcare regulations, including data protection and clinical safety standards.
• Analyze existing healthcare information systems and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, or regulatory alignment.
• Prepare clear documentation of business requirements, process flows, and regulatory considerations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and clinical teams to translate business needs into actionable system specifications.
• Support project delivery, including user acceptance testing and post-implementation review, to confirm solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Assist project manager on project planning and scheduling.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with healthcare information systems in a hospital, clinical, or public health environment.
• Good knowledge of local and EU healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, MDR, local health authority requirements).
• Proven ability to lead business analysis activities with multidisciplinary teams and external clients.
