(Senior) Business Analyst - IT

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst - IT, located in Munich to start as soon as possible. The Business Analyst (with IT focus) will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, document requirements, and develop solutions that enhance business operations.

Qualifications Strong analytical skills for analyzing business processes and requirements Proficiency in Information Technology, including Technical Support and Troubleshooting Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with business stakeholders and IT teams Experience in project management and coordination Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in financial sector and insurance is a plus Experience in consulting projects is a plus Fluency in English and German is a must
