YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You act as the central point of contactfor our corporate countries within the international damage department
• You use data-driven analyses to identify root causes drive operational performance and uncover development opportunities
• You monitor and manage KPI performance across assigned markets ensuring transparency and timely follow-up
• You coordinate strategic and operational initiatives from requirement definition to rollout and automation (e.g. RPA)
• You collaborate closely with IT controlling and cross-functional task forces to optimize workflows and resolve support requests
• You drive continuous process improvement and knowledge transfer across the international damage network.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You hold a degree in business process management business informatics analytics or a comparable field
• Experience You bring proven experience in operations business analysis or project management ideally within mobility or car rental
• Mindset You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with an independent and structured way of working
• Digital Savvy You have a digital mindset and are familiar with process improvement tools or methods (e.g. process mining RPA Jira Confluence)
• Communication You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
• Motivation You enjoy working in an international environment and managing complex cross-country topics
