Senior Business Analyst with Insurance Domain (all genders)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong insurance industry experience to support digital transformation initiatives for leading insurance clients in Germany.

What You’ll Do

• Advise and support insurance clients in major transformation initiatives, including digitalisation and sourcing strategies
• Analyse, redesign, and implement efficient business processes and modern IT landscapes
• Design IT solutions for insurance clients and contribute to evaluation projects, IT migrations, and custom software concepts
• Conduct requirements engineering, functional design, and test specifications for new applications, services, and features
• Drive project execution in close collaboration with business users and stakeholders
• Take responsibility for PMO tasks , coordination and project documentation

What You Bring

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum 4 years experience in the insurance industry, consulting, or IT provider
• Knowledge of the German insurance market , especially operational processes and core IT systems (experience with Guidewire or BiPRO is a strong plus)
• Initial experience in project management and/or PMO
• Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, fast comprehension, and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Motivation for continuous professional development
