Pictarine has a rather unique characteristic: we work from Toulouse with major enterprise partners based exclusively in the U.S. market (for now!). The team’s goal is to manage these partnerships and find new ones!

Your Main Missions Will Include
Develop Picta’s partner portfolio for Pictarine’s products
Analyze the market and conduct ongoing competitive intelligence for each strategic marketProactively anticipate, assess, and recommend strategic B2B partnership opportunities for Picta (new markets, new partners)Investigate and identify the needs of our target partnersCreate and develop a commercial strategy, our B2B brand, and tailored offers for our target markets, working closely with your manager and the Marketing, Product, and Finance teamsBuild and manage relationships with high-level potential partners, using your expertise to inspire and motivate them to work with PictaImplement a best-in-class Sales processConvert target prospects into partners aligned with our ambitionsPrepare detailed KPI reports for internal teams and partners, providing in-depth analysis to guide next steps and adjust approaches based on resultsCollaborate with all departments involved in delivering Partnership projects, ensuring seamless coordination to achieve strategic objectives
Participate in launching new projects
Challenge the go-to-market strategies for new projects, ensuring every step of internal implementation aligns with the Partnerships team’s strategy, including reporting, billing, and legal/contractual follow-upBe the voice of our prospects and an advocate for their needs across other departments
Contribute To Strengthening The Team’s Technical Skills
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Sales playbook and processes to optimize prospect qualification and increase conversion ratesHelp build the skills of the team’s business developers by challenging their deliverables and sharing technical fundamentals that support best practicesHelp identify and launch internal topics within the Partnerships teamPromote and enrich the team’s and Pictarine’s commercial culture by staying actively informed on industry trends and proposing demos, events, and resources to other business developers and Pictarine teams
Profil Recherché
About you 💎
French proficiency & international mindset: You have at least a B2 level in French and are fluent in English. You’re excited about building your career in France and are motivated to relocate and grow professionally within a French tech company.
Solid experience: You have at least 6 years of experience in B2B business development, including at least one year in an international environment. You’re comfortable in demanding settings where commercial performance is key.
Native or bilingual English: You master English perfectly (spoken, read, written) and can negotiate and sell to international prospects and native English speakers.
Hunter mindset: You know how to identify and target the best prospects using prospecting tools (LinkedIn, sales & lead intelligence tools, CRM, cold calling, etc.).
A compelling storyteller: You know how to capture attention, explain clearly, simplify complex ideas, and sell a vision both in writing and orally—adapting your message to the audience.
Autonomous and detail-oriented: You structure your work, manage priorities efficiently, and provide accurate reporting to measure the impact of your actions.
Pragmatic & solution-oriented: You don’t give up when facing obstacles. You explore every possible option to reach your goals and remain flexible in fast-changing environments.
Team player: You collaborate closely with all teams, share insights, provide feedback, and contribute to collective progress.
