• Drive and execute business development strategies to capture new growth fields.
• Identify, evaluate, and validate high-potential market opportunities through research, data analysis, and rapid experimentation.
• Forge strategic partnerships that unlock access to distribution channels, technology, and data.
• Lead early-stage commercial activities, including lead generation, pilot installations, pricing tests, and securing Letters of Intent (LOIs).
• Manage and prioritize a dynamic pipeline of opportunities, reallocating resources based on evidence and impact.
• Deliver compelling business cases and strategic recommendations to support investment decisions.
• Align cross-functional teams and mobilize internal stakeholders to scale validated growth initiatives.
• Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a strong plus for senior roles.
• Align business development initiatives with P2G growth priorities and long-term objectives; ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Understand emerging trends and competitive dynamics in growing markets and target sectors.
• Develop and expand trust-based partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive measurable outcomes in revenue growth, market share and customer engagement
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and rapid validation.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Convey ideas clearly and effectively across all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus.
• Such as a willingness to travel 20% of the time.
