Senior Business Developer

Overview

Drive business development with defense-sector customers and develop IT, cloud, and security solutions. Build and maintain networks across customers, partners, and internal units, supporting strategic sales and marketing initiatives while representing the company at meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development with defense customers (armed forces, European defence bodies, defense industry)
• Shape and position IT, cloud and security solutions for defense use cases
• Build and maintain a strong network across customers, partners and internal units
• Plan and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the Defense segment
• Act as sparring partner to senior management and represent the company at meetings and industry events

Qualifications / Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in business development, ideally in defense, public sector, or critical infrastructure
• Proven strength in networking and stakeholder management
• Solid track record in digitalising defense-related processes and IT landscapes
• Strong IT affinity (infrastructure, cloud, security, defense-specific solutions)
• Willingness to travel and confidence engaging senior and C-level stakeholders

Locations / Standorte: Multiple cities in Germany (e.g. Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Bonn)
