Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Senior Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team, Germany.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving organic growth by exclusively acquiring net new, large enterprise customers within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sectors (BFSI). You will own the entire new business sales cycle, ensuring Iron Mountain’s solutions address complex client needs and significantly contribute to our revenue targets.
The Global Records and Information Management Organization (GRO) is a revenue-driving commercial organization dedicated to developing, selling, and supporting solutions that enable our customers to transform their business
In this role, you will:
Lead New Logo Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure net new enterprise clients within the defined priority sectors in Germany, owning the end-to-end sales cycle to consistently meet and exceed new business quota.
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build deep, consultative relationships with C-level executives and key internal teams (e.g., Solutions, Operations) to translate complex client requirements into tailored, compelling value propositions and seamless solution delivery.
