(Senior) Business Development Manager – Westwing Design Service (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Business Development Manager you take our Westwing Design Service business to the next level. Westwing Design Service is our in‑house team of interior designers, turning our customers’ homes into spaces they truly love. You’ll drive business growth, dig into performance data, shape strategy, and help steer Design Service toward even bigger impact. This position is limited to 1 year (maternity cover) and based in Munich .

What You'Ll Do

• Build a strong understanding of the Design Service business, track performance, and execute initiatives if needed
• Lead selected projects and ensure effective coordination across stakeholders in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
• Analyse results from tests, pilots, and projects; prepare market analyses; and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations, leveraging AI to enhance workflows and analytical efficiency
• Own the Design Service reporting and act as the main point of contact with the Business Intelligence team
• Prepare materials for leadership and steering meetings
• Act as a sparring partner on business steering and strategic topics
• Develop and maintain the business plan based on historical performance, future ambitions, and strategic hypotheses for the coming year

You Come With

• 2+ years experience in consulting, strategy, or business development, with a strong track record of impact
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
• Proven project management skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Proactive and structured mindset as well as readiness to operate with a high degree of autonomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English
